The HMT101CTA-1D is a 10.1-inch Smart TFT LCD module with an integrated 32-bit MCU and graphics engine. It supports TOPWAY SGTools / TML pre-designed graphical interfaces, allowing the display to run independently without continuous host MCU control.

This model adds advanced features such as USB project download, buzzer, Lua scripting engine, screen rotation, and large onboard flash, making it ideal for industrial HMI, instrumentation, medical electronics, and power control systems
