EPOBOND Epoxy steel 4 min is a two components product. It is fast setting with high adhesive strength and can be used for indoor and outdoor applications. It is excellent for bonding, sealing, repairing, and filling defects. After final curing, it can be drilled, sanded, and filed.
It is widely used in industries households, and automobiles for repairing pipes, tanks, cracked engine blocks, radiators, plumbing, home – applications, air conditions….etc.
EPOBOND Epoxy steel 4 min has excellent chemical resistance.
Directions:
- Surfaces to be repaired must be clean, dry, and free of oil, grease, dust, and loose particles. To obtain better results surface should be sanded before application.
- Squeeze an equal amount from each tube and mix thoroughly until the color is uniform. Mix only what can be used in 4 minutes.
- Apply the mixture on the surface to be repaired. When bonding two surfaces, only slight pressure is required while the product is set. The final cure takes 1 hour.
