The HW-632 V3 Battery Charger Control Switch Module is an intelligent, programmable solution designed to automate and protect your battery charging process. Compatible with 12V and 24V DC battery systems (including lead-acid, lithium, and solar storage batteries), this module acts as a smart switch between your power source and the battery.
Equipped with a bright 3-digit LED display, it provides real-time voltage monitoring. Users can easily program precise Start Voltage and Stop Voltage thresholds using the onboard tactile buttons. When the battery drops below the set minimum, the heavy-duty onboard relay closes to begin charging; once the battery reaches its fully charged target voltage, the relay automatically disconnects, preventing dangerous overcharging and extending your battery's overall lifespan.

Operating Parameters & Programming Guide
The module features two physical buttons near the LED screen: Start Button (Left/Up) and Stop Button (Right/Down).
1. How to Check Set Voltages
- View Start Voltage: Press the Left Button once. The screen will flash showing the voltage at which the charger turns ON.
- View Stop Voltage: Press the Right Button once. The screen will flash showing the voltage at which the charger turns OFF.
2. How to Program the Settings
- Setting the Start Voltage: Press and hold the Left Button for about 3 seconds until the display flashes. Use the Left button to increase or the Right button to decrease the value. Leave it idle for 3 seconds to save.
- Setting the Stop Voltage: Press and hold the Right Button for about 3 seconds until the display flashes. Use the Left button to increase or the Right button to decrease the value. Leave it idle for 3 seconds to save.
3. Factory Reset
- While the module is powered on, press and hold the Left and Right buttons simultaneously until the display shows 888. This restores the device to its default factory settings.
Important Wiring & Safety Notes
Note:
- This module acts as an automated switch, not a voltage regulator. The input charging voltage supplied to the + IN - terminals must match the required charging voltage of your specific battery chemistry. For example, to charge a 12V lead-acid battery, your input charging source should ideally be around 13.8V to 14.4V
- Need to be connected to a battery, to get an output on the display.
